Ovens

Baking chambers are used to baking meat products and pates. Additionally there is a possibility of steaming, defrosting, pasteurization and moistening.

Construction of the device enables the horizontal air flow and uniform product processing. All the ovens are fully automated, provided with the microprocessor controller and set of sensors and it is possible to steer all the processes parameters.

Regulation of humidity prevents the product to be excessively dried. Baking chamber could be electric, gas or oil heating.
