Smoke chamber

Our long-term experience let us produce smoke chambers and chambers for steaming, characteristic for their very good quality. All our devices are provided with subassemblies of the best worldwide producers. The chambers are energy-saving and fully automated, provided with microprocessor controller.
Our chambers allow realizing the processes:

stabilization of the product
drying
smoking
steaming
baking

We produce one or multi-trolleys chambers, with the different ways of feeding: electric, gas, oil or steam and also with two ways of feeding.
We also produce chambers with horizontal air flow, which allows smoking precisely the products on trays or sieves (for example fish).

The chambers are produced as a set with the smokegenerator - one of three types:

incandescent standard

incandescent with air inflow

frictional

For every chamber there is a possibility of installing the cooling unit, which allows leading the cold smoking process.
